As a Principal Full Stack Software Engineer, you will create production-grade experiences within Agent Factory’s senior, cross-functional AI teams. You will connect user-facing products, resilient backend services, and AI-driven capabilities across HR and Finance workflows. The work supports scalable, reliable systems for customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Build full stack features powering AI agents in HR workflows
Deliver agent capabilities embedded in Financial workflows
Own services and experiences through development and production
Collaborate with machine learning engineers and product managers
Mentor teammates and raise the pod’s technical bar
Requirements:
10+ years of software engineering experience
5+ years with Python web development frameworks
5+ years working with relational databases
Experience operating SaaS products in cloud environments
Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes experience
Bring principal-level full stack engineering, Python, cloud, and AI product expertise to Workday’s Vancouver Agent Factory.
