Senior Python LLM Engineer

Python and LLM engineering define this remote Senior AI/LLM Engineer position with Kake, building production-ready applications and systems e seeks senior engineers who design, build, and product ionize AI systems. You will work across Python, FastAPI, LAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search, and LLM APIs. The work spans prototyping through production deployment while translating ambiguous product needs into technically sound AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deploy LLM-powered applications using Python
Develop backend services and FastAPI APIs
Build and optimize RAG pipelines, embeddings, and retrieval
Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source model APIs
Evaluate outputs for accuracy, safety, and regression
Requirements:
Strong Python proficiency and FastAPI experience

Experience with LLM APIs and Lang Chain or Llama Index
RAG, embeddings, and vector database experience
Hands-on Docker and containerized development experience
Functional, integration, and AI output evaluation testing experience
