As a Software Engineering evaluator, you will create datasets for training, benchmarking, and advancing large language models. The work centers on Python across backend services, data pipelines, and ML infrastructure, with additional languages including JavaScript, ReactJS, C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go. Turing seeks engineers with at least three years of software engineering experience and production-grade development expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Curate code examples for AI model training initiatives
Build solutions and correct code across supported languages
Evaluate AI-generated code for efficiency and reliability
Build Python agents and automated verification tools
Design mechanisms that verify software engineering solutions
Requirements:
Three or more years of software engineering experience
Strong Python expertise, frameworks, tooling, and best practices
Experience building full-stack applications and scalable software
Understanding of architecture, debugging, development, and code quality
