Boutique Fitness Instructor is a fitness and health enthusiast who motivates clients to reach their fitness goals in a fun group setting. The role requires you to be personable, energetic, and dedicated to creating a friendly, welcoming environment while ensuring safety and proper technique during classes.

• Arrive 10‑15 minutes before class starts.
• Check in at the front desk.
• Chat with members prior to class to address music choices or injuries.
• Welcome and introduce yourself to participants.
• Conduct the class with enthusiasm and motivation.
• Stay 10‑15 minutes after class to connect, collect feedback, and offer assistance.

• Must be a Pilates Reformer Certified Instructor.
• Experience or workshops relating to fitness and health.
• 1+ years of studio fitness instructor experience preferred.
• Recent criminal background check required.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification required, maintained during employment.

• 1‑2 years:
  Pilates Re experience.
