TEMPO is Rumble’s next evolution in performance-based training — a music-driven, athletic Mega former/Pilates experience designed to push strength, control, and endurance in a powerful group setting.

We are hiring TEMPO Coaches (Pilates / Mega former Instructors) who can lead from the front, command a room, and deliver structured, beat-driven programming with confidence and precision.

This is not traditional Pilates. This is performance Pilates.

• Coach 50-minute Mega former / Pilates-based group fitness classes
• Deliver clear cueing, strong demonstrations, and real-time form corrections
• Program and perform music-driven workouts aligned to tempo and intensity standards
• Provide modifications and progressions for all fitness levels
• Maintain a safe, structured, and high-performance studio environment
• Build relationships with members to drive retention and community
• Arrive prepared, professional, and performance-ready
  
  Participate in training, development sessions, and auditions as required

• Group fitness instruction experience (Pilates, Lagree, Mega former, HIIT, strength, or athletic conditioning)
• Strong verbal communication and stage presence
• Confidence leading large groups in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to coach to music with rhythm and timing
• Reliable, coachable, and team-oriented
• Evening and weekend availability required
• Mega former or Lagree certification is an
