Gold’s Gym is seeking a Female Personal Trainer to support and grow our women-focused personal training services. We are hiring at our West Broadway, Port Coquitlam and Langley locations! If you are passionate about empowering women through fitness and delivering exceptional client experiences, we’d love to meet you.
Compensation
- Competitive pay depending on availability*
- + uncapped personal training commissions
- Flexible scheduling available (morning/evenings/weekends)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one and small group personal training for female members
- Complete fitness assessments and build customized training programs
- Motivate, educate, and support clients toward their fitness goals
- Maintain strong client relationships and retention
- Demonstrate safe and effective exercise techniques
- Promote Gold’s Gym programs, services, and the Gold’s Gym BC App
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional training environment
- Work directly with Personal Training Director to build client base and generate sales
- Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, NASM, NSCA, ACSM, etc.) or Registered Kinesiologist (BCAK)
- Active registration with BCPRA, BCAK, CSEP, or CFES
- Passion for women’s health, fitness, and client-centered coaching
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Fluent in English (additional languages an asset)
- Current CPR & Emergency First Aid Level A
- Minimum $2,000,000 liability insurance
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada long-term
