HR Driver

Princess Hotels & Resorts Jamaica is seeking a reliable and experienced HR Driver to join our team. As a driver for our company, you will be responsible for providing transportation services for our employees on property to the staff accommodation area.

• Transport employees to and from staff accommodation housing.
• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle at all times.
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues or accidents immediately to the HR Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service to all employees, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant ride.
• Assist with other HR duties as assigned, such as delivering documents or running errands.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a driver, preferably in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of traffic and safety regulations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with the local area and routes.
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy items if needed.
