Motorcoach Operator | Quick Shuttle (Vancouver to Seattle)

Quick Shuttle by TRAXX offers quick and easy cross-border travel between Vancouver and Seattle with multiple pick-up and drop-off locations.
We are hiring four (4) full-time seasonal Motor Coach Operators to join our team for a scheduled cross-border service between Downtown Vancouver and Seattle‑Tacoma International Airport (Sea Tac) .
In this role, you will provide safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation while delivering outstanding customer service to our passengers. This position is ideal for professional drivers who value punctuality, safety, consistent routes, and a structured schedule .

The role will be from April until October with a possibility of extension or re‑assignment to other projects within the communities we serve.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate a motor coach on scheduled services between Vancouver and Sea Tac.
Provide professional customer service, including assisting passengers with boarding and loading luggage.
Perform accurate pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections using electronic logs.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming coach interior.
Comply with Hours‑of‑Service rules for both Canada and the United States.
Maintain accurate logs using ELD systems.
Uphold strong safety and operational standards at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Valid Class 1 or 2 Commercial Driver's License with air brake endorsement.
Proof of Clean Driver's Abstract.
Valid Passport without restrictions to cross Canada‑USA Border.
Knowledge of motor coach operations, safety, ADA, DMV, and DOT requirements.
Experience with motor coach, highway, or large‑vehicle driving is an asset. Minimum of 1 year motor coach experience.
Ability to complete accurate pre‑trip inspections and operate electronic logs.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Excellent time management skills – this role relies on strict adherence to a fixed schedule.
Drug and alcohol testing to meet DOT requirements.
Multilingual an asset.
