Position: Highway Maintenance Worker Role
Become an essential part of road safety as a Highway Maintenance Worker. Repair and maintain roads by operating machinery and ensuring clear pathways for motorists every day.
As a Roads Worker, your role includes repairing highways, municipal, and rural roads while clearing debris and hazards. You'll operate machinery to lay asphalt, smooth surfaces, and plow snow as needed. This position requires clear communication with the team and vigilance for road safety and conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair damaged roads on various highways and roads

• Operate heavy machinery for road maintenance tasks

• Set up cones and signs to warn motorists

• Paint dividing lines on roads and lanes

• Patrol roads for maintenance needs and hazards
Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Valid full driver’s license

• Previous 6 months’ experience as a Roads Worker

• Knowledge of road safety practices

• Physically fit to handle outdoor tasks
