First Officer - Dash

As a Summit Air employee you are seeking a role that will allow you to diversify your skills and grow within Summit Air. You will operate our Dash 8 aircraft based out of one of our Summit Air bases. Summit Air, headquartered in Yellowknife, NWT, operates across Canada, specializing in passenger charters, cargo transport, and customized flight solutions for industry‑leading clients with a legacy of excellence in northern and remote aviation.

• Operate Dash 8 aircraft safely and efficiently and represent Summit Air professionally.
• Participate in the aircraft pre‑flight inspection, as well as all post‑flight duties.

• Current Canadian ATPL or written IATRA.
• Minimum 1000 hours Total Time, 500 Multi Engine.
• Current type rating on the Dash 8 preferred.
• Ability to obtain Canadian Area Identity Card (RAIC).
• BC and mountain experience is a great asset.
• Strong commitment to safety culture.
• Successful completion of pre‑employment drug & alcohol testing requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
