Mid-Level Logistics Coordinator

Traffic Tech, an industry leader in logistics, seeks a mid-level coordinator for its Vancouver office. You will coordinate freight movement across North America and globally, working with the Operations team. Ideally, you will have experience in a fast-paced 3PL environment to support our growing client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain solid vendor relationships

• Negotiate effectively with shippers and carriers

• Track shipments to ensure timely delivery

• Prepare shipping documentation as required

• Communicate with clients and carriers professionally

Requirements:

• 2+ years of logistics experience in a 3PL setting

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is essential

• Knowledge of US/Mexico/Canada cross-border transport

• High school diploma required

• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
