In this senior position, you will manage and coordinate shipments from start to finish. You will serve as the primary contact for customers, fostering high-value relationships and overseeing onboarding for new accounts. Leveraging your expertise, you'll drive continuous improvements in operational processes while adhering to both DSV policies and government regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage high-value customer accounts and performance reviews
• Oversee onboarding and SOP development for new customers
• Perform lane analysis and negotiate carrier rates
• Train and mentor junior operations staff
• Ensure adherence to shipping regulations and manage shipments
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in international transportation experience
• Education in logistics or related field
• CIFFA certificate and Dangerous Goods certification preferred
• Strong English communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Cargo Wise
