Be part of Vancouver Fraser Port Authority's Logistics team as a mid-level Coordinator focusing on Land and Rail. This contract position involves safety and operational coordination critical to port activities.
Your key duties will involve assisting with safety and security policies, coordinating audits, and providing operational support. This hands-on role requires a strategic mindset to navigate challenges while building effective relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing safety and security operational procedures
• Coordinate special events and temporary safety plans
• Ensure support for TLS GPS program maintenance
• Engage in training program delivery and incident analysis
• Facilitate communications with internal and external parties
Requirements:
• Certificate in operations or relevant discipline
• At least three years of logistics coordination experience
• Strong analytical skills for operational data
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Proven track record in customer service
