Refuel is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance, ensure safety compliance, and manage operational continuity. This role requires expertise in preventative maintenance, asset management, and vendor relationships. You will lead the team to ensure road-ready units are available, minimizing downtime through strategic planning and oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure daily road-ready fleet availability

• Manage preventative maintenance scheduling and tracking

• Oversee external and in-house repair services

• Conduct compliance audits and asset inspections

• Control costs and support lifecycle management

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in fleet or maintenance supervision

• Certified red seal candidates preferred

• Familiar with telematics and fleet management systems

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Experience managing vendors and repair entities
