Logistics First Line Supervisor II

Monday – Friday, 8 hrs/day
The Logistics First Line Supervisor role supports operations across aviation, marine, shore base, ground transport, camp, and catering environments. This role is not limited to a single area and may span multiple logistics functions.
The position is responsible for supervising employees and, where applicable, coordinating contractors to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective logistics services across assigned operating units. The supervisor demonstrates strong logistics competency aligned with the specific position requirements.
Additionally, this role is accountable for the day-to-day operations of material flow, inventory control, and warehouse activities. This includes ensuring materials are accurately received, handled, stored, and shipped, while maintaining effective communication with suppliers and third‑party partners to support timely and accurate outbound material movement.
Tasks and Responsibilities- Oversee all logistics operations at DS1 and DS2/CPF sites
- Act as the on-site contract representative for:
- Vehicle lease agreements
- In-field logistics contracts
- Infrastructure operations and maintenance contracts
- Conduct audits of both contractor-led and internally executed logistics activities
- Track, follow up, and close out audit findings
- Provide transportation, lifting, and hoisting support to operational teams
- Oversee and maintain the sling register
- Manage warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Coordinate import/export activities and documentation
- Ensure accurate material movement and traceability throughout the supply chain
- Liaise with suppliers and third‑party logistics providers to ensure effective communication and performance
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Experience in oil & gas, manufacturing, or related industrial environments

- Experience operating material handling equipment (e.g., forklift)
- Ability to manage tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and shifting priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in English (written and verbal), particularly for technical and business communication
