Join our team as a Manual Side Loader (MSL) Residential Collection Driver. You’ll operate a heavy commercial vehicle and manually collect waste and recycling from local residents to keep the community beautiful.

• Drive Safely:
  Navigate residential routes, tight streets, and cul‑de‑sacs in Kitimat safely and efficiently.
• Get Moving:
  Manually lift, roll, and dump residential waste and recycling bins into the side hopper of the truck.
• Stay Sharp:
  Perform daily pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections to ensure your truck is safe and road‑ready.
• Be a Team Player:
  Deliver excellent customer service and represent the "Green For Life" brand with pride.

• A valid Class3 or Class1 Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with an Air Brake endorsement.
• A clean Commercial Driver’s Abstract.
• Physical stamina to repeatedly lift up to 50lbs and step in/out of the truck cab comfortably all day in all weather conditions.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to start early in the morning.
