Be a vital part of community safety with Wright Tree Service as a full-time Traffic Controller.

Your role focuses on directing traffic and implementing safety protocols to minimize disruptions.

Wright Tree Service of Canada seeks a dedicated Traffic Controller to oversee vehicle and pedestrian traffic at work sites. You will monitor site safety, provide traffic direction to the public, and maintain compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates will possess TCP certification and a valid Class 5 driver’s license, along with a commitment to safety and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pedestrian and vehicle traffic at sites

• Enforce safety protocols and monitor conditions

• Install and maintain traffic control devices

• Act as a point of contact for public inquiries

• Report on daily traffic activities and issues

Requirements:

• Certification as a Traffic Controller or willing to learn

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required

• Passing of drug and alcohol screening

• Familiarity with tree biology is an added benefit
