Calgary Logistics First Line Supervisor

Lead operational excellence as a Logistics First Line Supervisor in Calgary, AB. Oversee logistics across aviation, marine, and ground transport while supporting material management every day.

In this one-year contract, you will supervise a dedicated team while managing logistics functions at DS1 and DS2/CPF sites. Your expertise will ensure safe, reliable logistics operations involving inventory control and warehouse management, encompassing shipping and receiving processes. Strong communication with suppliers and third-party partners is critical for timely material movement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all logistics operations at DS1 and DS2/CPF sites

• Act as on-site contract representative for logistics contracts

• Conduct audits and close out findings efficiently

• Manage warehouse operations including inventory control

• Ensure accurate material traceability throughout the supply chain

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

• 7+ years of relevant experience in logistics

• Supervisory or leadership background required

• Experience in oil & gas or manufacturing environments

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
