At Save-On-Foods, you'll be a key player in our fulfillment team, focusing on delivering groceries efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. This role involves partnering with the online shopping team to resolve any customer service issues and ensuring that operational standards are met, all within a clean and well-maintained delivery vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver groceries in a fully equipped delivery van
• Resolve customer service recovery situations effectively
• Adhere to operational standards for online grocery delivery
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and road safety
• Perform additional assigned duties as needed
Requirements:
• Valid full class 5 driver's license from BC
• Clean driving abstract with no violations
• Current Serving It Right certification or willingness to obtain
• Experience in a customer service role preferred
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and navigate varied weather conditions
