Position: Skilled First Officer for BAe 146/Avro RJ Operations

In this pivotal role, you will uphold the highest safety standards from pre-flight to shut down and maintain compliance with SOPs and regulations. This position allows for type training, welcoming non-type rated applicants to enhance their skills with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate flights adhering to safety standards

• Collaborate with Captain and crew for smooth operations

• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements

• Make thoughtful decisions during all flight phases

• Maintain a strong safety culture in every operation
Requirements:

• 1000 total flying hours minimum

• 500 hours of multi-engine experience

• Valid IATRA license required

• Class 1 medical certification needed

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
