This full-time role requires a leader passionate about maintaining the highest safety standards in flight operations. With a focus on compliance and operational excellence, you will manage pre-flight planning and post-flight execution, ensuring every mission meets stringent FAA guidelines. Collaboration with teams, regulatory bodies, and partners is vital for enhancing training, procedures, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe, compliant flight operations per FAA regulations

• Oversee flight crew qualifications, training, and records maintenance

• Lead the development of safety programs and initiatives

• Manage pre-flight planning and aircraft readiness

• Liaise with training providers for comprehensive flight and ground training
Requirements:

• Valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate

• Minimum 5,000 flight hours with multi-engine turbine experience

• Previous leadership in flight operations or training

• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and operational risk management

• Excellent communication skills and professional presence
