You’ll thrive within Aritzia’s Global Logistics team at its Distribution Centres in Delta and Vaughan, leading the management of ocean freight operations. Your expertise in shipping markets will drive our daily logistics efforts, ensuring a reliable and efficient flow of goods. You'll work collaboratively with business support partners to enhance the logistics experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end function of inbound logistics
• Optimize sea freight and delivery processes
• Drive logistics excellence and customer satisfaction
• Address operational risks to ensure business continuity
• Oversee departmental operations for efficiency
Requirements:
• Proven experience in ocean freight operations
• Knowledge of international shipping and customs regulations
• Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Commitment to facilitating a positive employee experience
