Job Overview
We are a growing aviation company looking for an experienced Avro RJ Captain to operate as PIC across Northern Canada. The role is based in Vancouver, BC with opportunities to fly throughout Canada. Safety is paramount and the position offers competitive rewards.
Essential Responsibilities- Operate Avro RJ aircraft safely and efficiently throughout Northern Canada as PIC
- Stay current with all available flight information, including weather and applicable NOTAMs, and verify type A flight plans for accuracy
- Participate in the aircraft pre‑flight inspection, as well as all post‑flight duties
- Current Canadian ATPL
- 4000+ total flight hours
- 2500 flight hours as MPIC (greater than 5700 kg)
- 500 flight hours on a jet aircraft (asset)
- High Arctic experience (asset)
- Glass cockpit experience (asset)
- Current passport with ability to travel to the United States and Europe
- Ability to obtain Canadian Area Identity Card (RAIC)
- Strong commitment to safety culture
- Successful completion of pre‑employment drug & alcohol testing requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
