You will oversee disembarking and embarking bus traffic, collaborate with bus companies, and ensure timely transfers to the airport. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage bus traffic flow for passenger transfers

• Communicate with bus companies and airport teams

• Ensure timely loading of buses for airport transfers

• Notify drivers about daily duties and schedules

• Complete necessary daily paperwork

Requirements:

• Dispatch experience is an asset

• Proven customer service skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Basic computer literacy

• Ability to obtain a Port Pass and work legally in Canada
