Position: Metro Driver Route Supervisor Role
Join a global leader as a Driver Route Supervisor, spending 80% of your time in the field. Supervise a team of collection truck drivers, ensuring compliance and on-time operations.

In this role, you’ll manage service routes from Metro Vancouver to Horseshoe Bay, leveraging your supervisory experience and road knowledge. Your primary responsibilities include coaching drivers, analyzing data for performance improvement, and enforcing safety protocols. The position requires strong leadership skills for managing diverse personalities within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily service routes for operational efficiency

• Evaluate route performance and identify areas for improvement

• Conduct regular compliance checks and field evaluations

• Ensure safety procedures are followed by operators

• Organize staffing schedules and communicate with drivers

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years in a supervisory role

• Completion of secondary education or equivalent

• Valid Class 3 Driver’s License

• Experience with industrial vehicles preferred
