You'll manage high-pressure situations, track operations, and liaise with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor alarm systems and communications for dispatcher coordination

• Prioritize and delegate tasks across multiple departments

• Document operational activities in detail on Maximo

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SOPs and Incident Command

• Respond to public inquiries via various channels

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years as dispatcher or relevant aviation experience

• Proficient in English, with additional language skills an asset

• Skilled in computer programs:
Maximo, MS Office, and more

• Ability to work under pressure and multitask

• Available for a shift schedule covering 24/7 operations
