Position: Logistics 5-Ton Truck Driver Role
Join Purdys as a 5-Ton Truck Driver to ensure timely deliveries across the Lower Mainland. This position requires a Class 5 driver’s license with an Air Brake endorsement and a focus on safety.

Purdys is looking for a motivated driver who excels in adhering to delivery schedules while managing warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess good problem-solving skills to tackle challenges on the road and provide excellent customer service. Being physically fit is important for successfully handling the demands of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow established schedules for on-time product delivery

• Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring product integrity

• Manage deliveries to various shop locations

• Assist in warehouse tasks like packing and shipping

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks

Requirements:

• Class 5 driver’s license with Air Brake endorsement

• Clean commercial driving record

• Experience with GPS and routing software

• Ability to lift and handle heavy loads

• Dependable with a proactive approach to vehicle safety
