Boeing 737 MAX First Officer

Position: Boeing 737 MAX First Officer Role
Join West Jet as a Boeing 737 MAX First Officer, where you will ensure safe, efficient operations in a collaborative multi-crew environment. Uphold standard operating procedures while delivering excellent guest experiences throughout diverse routes.

This role requires a TCCA Airline Transport Pilot Licence and a valid Class 1 Medical. You should also have a minimum of 2,000 hours total flight time. Ideal candidates will have jet experience and be focused on safety, teamwork, and customer service within the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the Boeing 737 MAX in multi-crew settings

• Collaborate closely with the Captain and cabin crew

• Uphold SOPs for safe flight operations

• Deliver guest-focused service across various routes

• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations

Requirements:

• TCCA ATPL and Class 1 Medical required

• Minimum 2,000 hours of flight time

• Clear background check and drug screening

• Ability to obtain RAIC for training

• Must travel unrestricted to all West Jet destinations
