This field position involves operating specialized vehicles for rail flaw detection over extended periods across various weather conditions. You will ensure DOT compliance while conducting inspections, monitoring data, and maintaining equipment. Your efforts contribute significantly to enhancing rail safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extensive travel within assigned regions for testing

• Operate commercial vehicles on roadways and tracks

• Perform and document pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Assist with data collection and flaw detection tasks

• Ensure the organization's safety policies are followed

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class 5 or higher with air brake endorsement

• Ability to pass necessary health and background checks

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• 2+ years of driving experience preferred

• Meet physical demands including climbing and lifting
