Peninsula Co-op Relief Driver Position

Join Peninsula Co-op as a full-time Relief Driver, supporting our petroleum division in Saanichton, BC. This role includes safe fuel deliveries, customer interaction, and a commitment to safety.

This key position offers 32 to 40 hours per week to support freight and fuel operations. You will engage with customers while maintaining a focus on safety and detailed delivery processes. We seek candidates who can work independently and remain organized under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute timely delivery of freight and fuel products

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and safety pre-checks

• Keep accurate driver documentation and delivery records

• Monitor locations for maintenance and safety issues

• Facilitate cardlock services and promote membership offers

Requirements:

• Clean Class 5 Driver's License required

• Able to lift 50 lbs and pull up to 75 lbs

• Ready to undergo air brake certification training

• Flexible availability for varied work hours

• Outdoor work in diverse weather conditions
