As a Track Maintainer/Truck Driver, you’ll lead maintenance crews ensuring rail components are safe and operational. Your hands-on work includes inspecting, repairing, and replacing essential track fixtures. Collaborate effectively with your team to maintain safety standards while driving trucks to various work sites, making a significant contribution to the economy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect track structures as per CN specifications
• Supervise maintenance crews for quality control
• Approve completed track work for safety standards
• Drive trucks to transport materials to job sites
• Implement and adhere to safety directives
Requirements:
• Supervisory or foreman experience
• Valid Driver’s License required
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
