The Airport Operations Department is seeking full-time Airport Operations Dispatchers to manage operational safety and coordination on Sea Island. Candidates should have at least two years of dispatcher or relevant aviation experience, thriving amid various operational demands. Prioritizing tasks and responding to emergency events while utilizing technology will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor alarms, radios, and communications for operational safety

• Dispatch operational staff and emergency responders promptly

• Track detailed operational information accurately in Maximo

• Maintain knowledge of SOPs and Incident Command processes

• Respond to public inquiries via various communication channels

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in dispatch or relevant aviation

• Proficient in English with strong writing skills

• Experienced with computer programs like Maximo and MS Office

• Able to perform under high-pressure situations

• Bilingual skills in French are a plus
