As a Terminal Operation Control Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in daily airport operations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining communication with flight crews, managing gate assignments, and overseeing aircraft towing. You will also monitor forecasts and changes, ensuring prompt updates to FIDS/FMIS screens to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain radio communication with flight crews and ground personnel

• Receive and relay information between various airport teams

• Plot gate assignments and coordinate aircraft towing

• Monitor arrival/departure times and notify personnel

• Investigate delays and update Airport Operations systems

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Proficiency in multi-screen computer systems

• Demonstrated ability to handle high-stress situations

• Excellent multitasking and decision-making skills

• English fluency; bilingualism preferred for Montreal
