Webber Infrastructure Management is seeking a dedicated Seasonal Equipment Operator responsible for maintaining vital assets like roadways and bridges. The ideal candidate will operate heavy equipment for seasonal maintenance and ensure safety compliance. A strong emphasis on safety awareness and communication with co-workers is essential for this position's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate snow removal and sanding equipment in winter

• Maintain and repair highway surfaces and signage in summer

• Set up and remove traffic control as required

• Transport crew and tools to work sites

• Respond to emergency situations as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 1+ years of relevant equipment operation experience

• Valid Ontario Class DZ driver's license

• Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 pounds

• Strong communication skills in English
