Under the Operations Manager's supervision, this position requires maintaining various contracted assets including roadways, signs, and guardrails. Key skills include snow and ice removal, traffic control setup, and equipment operation. Candidates with a strong safety awareness and at least three years of experience in related fields are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate snow removal and sanding equipment

• Maintain highway surfaces, signs, and guardrails

• Setup and remove traffic control setups when required

• Transport crew and equipment to job sites

• Be available for emergency response rotations

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of three years in construction or road maintenance

• Valid Ontario Class DZ driver’s license

• Training in safety and traffic control

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
