Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate export and import container deliveries effectively

• Communicate proactive shipment updates to customers

• Source empty containers for seamless export bookings

• Schedule terminal appointments while meeting deadlines

• Prepare and process accurate customer invoices

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of logistics experience

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred

• Strong customer service orientation

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Knowledge of Vancouver Port reservation systems
