Seasonal Bell 407 Helicopter Pilot

Take on the skies as a Seasonal Helicopter Pilot with Summit Helicopters. This role focuses on flying Bell 407 helicopters across Western and Northern Canada with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

We are looking for experienced Helicopter Pilots with a current Bell 407 type endorsement and a minimum of 2000 hours of flying experience. Candidates should possess a strong background in powerline operations and problem-solving in mountainous environments. Accommodations and per diem are provided for the entire season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pilot Bell 407 helicopters for various operations

• Ensure safety protocols in challenging terrains

• Execute vertical references during specific missions

• Collaborate with ground support teams

• Manage wildlife capture and survey assignments

Requirements:

• Current CPL(H) certification required

• Minimum of 200 hours flown on Bell 407

• Completion of a mountain course as outlined

• Experience in firefighting and remote operations beneficial

• Strong professional demeanor and adaptability
