Avro RJ Captain; Pilot-in-Command BC; YVR

The Opportunity

Based in Vancouver, you will operate as PIC on the Avro RJ throughout Northern Canada. This role is ideal for a safety-focused leader who thrives in dynamic environments, embraces northern operations, and brings strong communication and crew leadership to every leg.

• Operate the Avro RJ safely and efficiently across northern and remote routes as PIC.
• Stay current with all available flight information, including weather and applicable NOTAMs; verify Type A flight plans for accuracy.
• Lead and participate in thorough pre-flight inspections and complete all required post-flight duties and documentation.
• Uphold and model a strong safety culture and standardized operating procedures at all times.
• Communicate effectively with crew, operations, and clients to ensure seamless mission execution.

• Current Canadian ATPL.
• Minimum 4,000 hours Total Time.
• Minimum 2,500 hours MPIC on aircraft > 5,700 kg.
• 500 hours on a jet aircraft (asset).
• High Arctic experience (asset).
• Glass cockpit experience (asset).
• Valid passport with the ability to travel to the United States and Europe.
• Ability to obtain a Canadian RAIC.
• Strong commitment to safety culture; successful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, professional approach.
