Lead FAA-compliant flight operations as Captain and Operations Manager, combining safety leadership, aircraft readiness, and operational coordination.
Onni seeks a highly skilled Captain and Operations Manager for a hands-on aviation environment. You will oversee flight crews, aircraft airworthiness, training, records, and operational documentation. The role supports safe missions, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across procedures and flight performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliant Part 91 flight operations and crew oversight
- Coordinate with FAA authorities and external operational partners
- Oversee pilot qualifications, recurrent training, and certification records
- Maintain operational manuals, publications, and standardized procedures
- Manage flight planning, weather reviews, inspections, and logistics
- Valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
- Valid FAA First-Class Medical Certificate
- Current Instrument Rating and applicable aircraft type rating
- At least 5,000 total flight hours with multi-engine turbine experience
- Leadership experience in corporate flight operations supervision
