Cooper Equipment Rentals is seeking a Class 5 Driver for its Vancouver team. You will transport a diverse equipment fleet, maintain delivery records, inspect vehicles, and communicate professionally with customers and dispatch. The position also includes equipment yard and wash bay responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver and collect construction equipment from customer jobsites
Load, unload, secure, and inspect transported equipment
Complete vehicle inspections, regulatory logs, and timesheets
Provide basic safe-operation instructions to customers when necessary
Wash, detail, and organize returned equipment and yard areas
Requirements:
Valid Class 5 licence with satisfactory driver’s abstract
Maximum three demerit points on driver’s abstract
Construction equipment, heavy-load, or commercial driving experience preferred
Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds and stand extensively
Availability for overtime and outdoor year-round work
Bring safe driving, equipment handling, customer communication, and organized delivery skills to Cooper Equipment Rentals in Vancouver.
