Warehouse & Assembly Associate

Position Summary:

We areseekinga reliable and motivated

Warehouse & Assembly Associate to join our team and support daily operations in our store and warehouse at Macdonald’s Home Health Care. This is a6-month term position, with the possibility of extension.

Thisentry-level positioninvolvesassistingwith inventory, shop organization, andbasic equipment setup and preparation.

Training will be provided, making this role ideal for someone eager to learn and work in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and set up basic equipment (such as assembling wheelchairs, walkers, beds) according to company guidelines

• Prepare, move, and stage home health equipment for delivery or pickup, ensuring readiness and accuracy

• Cleanandinspectequipmentto guarantee safety and functionality

• Receive,unloadand organize inventory efficiently

• Pick, pack, and label orders accurately

• Maintain a clean and organized shop and warehouse environment

• Adhere to all safety procedures andcompany policies at all times

• Collaborate with team members and perform other general shop and warehouse duties as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Entry/basic level Microsoft Office knowledge, computersoftwareand internetproficiency

• Ability and willingness to learn basic equipment setup procedures

• Comfortable performing physical tasks such as lifting(up to approximately
  100lbs, withassistanceas needed),carrying, bending, and standing

• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Basic mechanical aptitude is an asset
