Storekeeper

We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Storekeeper to manage our construction materials, tools, and inventory. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, systematic, and committed to maintaining smooth supply chain operations on-site.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies against purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and material usage.
• Store materials properly, ensuring safety, security, and easy accessibility.
• Issue materials to construction teams based on work requirements and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with procurement and site managers to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies in inventory records.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in the storage area.
• Assist in preparing reports and updates related to stock and inventory management.

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in store keeping or inventory management is an advantage.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Storekeeper or in inventory management, preferably in construction or related industry.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems or ERP software is preferred.
• Ability to handle materials carefully and safely.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
