Vancouver Diamond Inventory Position

Contribute to Spence Diamonds as an Entry Level Diamond Sorter in Vancouver, BC. This temporary contract role focuses on sorting and maintaining diamond inventory with accuracy.

You will join the Spence Studio Team to sort small diamonds by weight and dimensions and manage inventory. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be crucial. Responsibilities include preparing shipments and precise data entry, ensuring smooth operations within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage small diamond inventory details

• Sort diamonds accurately by size and weight

• Read work orders for precise sizing information

• Measure using specialized tools for sorting

• Complete data entry tasks in Excel

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent educational background

• Competent computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency

• Strong organizational skills and time management

• Ability to communicate effectively in a team

• Eligible to work full-time in Canada
