You will play a crucial role in the warehouse by accurately selecting and staging products using voice-directed systems and other technologies. Safe operation of material handling equipment is essential, along with attention to detail in inventory accuracy and adherence to safety regulations. Additionally, you may assist in training new team members, reinforcing best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and select products accurately per order

• Stage selected orders for efficient delivery

• Operate handling equipment with safety in mind

• Report and adjust any inventory discrepancies

• Support teamwork by training new selectors

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role

• High school diploma or GED required

• Preferred forklift certification

• Ability to consistently focus on safety and detail

• Physically capable of lifting 75 lbs
