As part of Fresh Prep, you’ll work closely with warehousing and inventory teams, ensuring inventory accuracy and organization aligns with FIFO principles. This role requires strong communication skills and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment while performing end-of-day inventory reconciliations using Fishbowl and contributing to continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain accurate inventory records

• Perform end-of-day inventory reconciliation using Fishbowl

• Collaborate with production teams via Google Chat

• Flag inventory optimization opportunities proactively

• Report discrepancies and manage inventory concerns

Requirements:

• Knowledge of inventory processes and procedures

• Experience with WMS, MRP, or ERP preferred

• Previous similar position experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail with problem-solving skills

• Reliable and dependable in attending scheduled shifts
