We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our growing team at our Burnaby warehouse.

This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience, strong logistics knowledge, and hands-on SAP & inventory management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily warehouse workflow and improvement initiatives
• Create warehouse tasks for wholesale, e-commerce, and store orders
• Prioritize orders based on urgency and coordinate with warehouse team
• Process daily invoicing and communicate with operations, sales, and finance
• Support warehouse team with daily coordination and technical issues
• Optimize order consolidation to reduce shipping costs
• Assist with ASN entries and EDI compliance
• Communicate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Warehouse)
• Liaise with third-party logistics providers
• Assist with palletizing, organizing, and labeling outbound shipments when needed

Requirements:

• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office
• Strong knowledge of logistics and inventory management
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Salary Range: $48,000–$50,000 annually
