Fresh Prep is looking for a part-time Inventory Associate to work alongside the warehousing and inventory teams. In this role, you'll focus on maintaining organized inventory and utilizing Fishbowl for end-of-day reconciliation. Your responsibility will include proactively identifying opportunities for inventory optimization and communicating updates via Google Chat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with teams to ensure accurate inventory management

• Perform end-of-day reconciliation using Fishbowl

• Communicate inventory updates effectively to supervisors

• Identify opportunities for process optimization in inventory

• Flag issues like discrepancies and damaged stock
Requirements:

• Knowledge of inventory processes and procedures

• Experience with WMS, MRP, or ERP preferred

• Previous experience in a similar role

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
