AWP​/MEWP Warehouse Coordinator

Position: (AWP/MEWP) Warehouse Coordinator
Zoomlion is a globally leading manufacturer of construction machinery and mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs). As the Canadian subsidiary of Zoomlion, we are committed to delivering high-quality aerial work equipment, parts, and after-sales service across Canada. With our continued growth, we are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Vancouver warehouse and service team.

Key Responsibilities   Handle daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, and inventory management
Assist with inbound and outbound processes for MEWP/AWP equipment and spare parts
Perform inventory cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy
Support equipment loading/unloading, packaging, and transportation coordination
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse in accordance with 5S standards
Update inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems
Assist the service team in preparing parts for maintenance and equipment delivery
Inspect incoming equipment and parts; report any discrepancies or damages
Comply with company policies and WorkSafeBC safety regulations
Qualifications   Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or equipment-related roles
Experience in construction equipment, forklift, or machinery industry is an asset
Basic computer skills (Excel / ERP systems)
Responsible, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
Ability to perform physical tasks as required
Bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin / Cantonese is an asset
Preferred Assets   Valid forklift certification
Familiarity with MEWP or construction equipment
