Join our operations team responsible for supporting warehouse functions on and off-site. As a Warehouse Associate, you will process shipments, unload trucks, pull and pack orders, and maintain the stockroom presentation. Strong communication skills are essential to work alongside store management and ensure regulatory compliance during deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer service for internal and external clients

• Conduct accurate receiving and cycle counts using company equipment

• Maintain stockroom and warehouse appearance to health and safety standards

• Resolve inventory control issues and escalate when needed

• Assist with pricing stock and store stocking as necessary

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum one year of warehouse or customer service experience

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and adapt to changing priorities

• Willingness to undergo a Canadian Criminal Records Check
