Warehouse Assistant

Position: Warehouse Assistant at Wilsonart
Join Wilsonart as a Warehouse Assistant II to manage complex warehousing functions, including filling orders and handling materials efficiently. This role is focused on inventory replenishment and requires strong organizational skills.

In this position, you will perform essential duties such as receiving materials, checking against manifests, and packing goods for shipment. Your expertise in handling and interpreting orders will ensure a smooth operation. Successful candidates will demonstrate a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently within a warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify materials from vendors and manufacturers

• Check and categorize materials in designated bins

• Report discrepancies and defects to supervisors

• Cut oversized materials and prepare customer orders

• Conduct total skid counts and assist customers as needed

Requirements:

• High School Graduate or GED required

• 3+ years of relevant warehouse experience

• Knowledge of packing and material handling techniques

• Ability to operate lift trucks and table saws

• Proficient in basic computer customer service functions
